We schedule all NEW clients for our ‘New Client Consult + Treatment’. During the facial we explain the different methods/modalities that we utilize and discuss the goals behind our Signature Treatments. The first treatment is booked by a service provider via phone/email. After your first treatment with us, you may begin booking yourself online. We utilize a very simple concept in our treatments: you select how long (50/65/80-minutes), and we will choose the rest! We don’t do ‘add-ons’ – our treatments are 100% customizable and inclusive.
If you’re not seeing a certain treatment listed, it’s because that provider doesn’t offer it (IE: Taylor does not offer the Glow & Go)
Please arrive to your treatment wearing comfortable clothing that leaves your neck/décolleté exposed. Although robes are available as back up, please follow this guidline as a courtesy, as all laundry must be done off-site. You DO NOT need to remove makeup before your treatment. If possible, please avoid scrubs and any active ingredients 5 days before your appointment. You must wait 7 days after botox, and 14 days after fillers. *Please have a good idea of what you’re using in your current homecare regimen so that you can get the most out of your skin consult. We encourage you to bring in your products with you!

While we do not normally run specials or promotions on services, we do run some specials on products! All NEW CLIENTS will be offered a one-time, 20% off of product when they purchase one of our customized home care regimens. Returning clients will always receive 15% off products when they purchase a customized bundle the same day as treatment.

Our facials are intended to be truly transformative. We pride ourselves in offering treatments that are inclusive. That said, our prices may appear higher then you’ve seen at other clinics around town, but it’s because we include everything. We do not believe in trying to talk you into add-ons during your facial.

YES! Treating acne is a huge part of what we do at Taylor Paige Skin! Wondering why we don’t have an ‘acne facial’ on our menu? Well, it’s actually on purpose! Here’s why: -We prefer to avoid categorizing someone as an ‘acne client’, as there are many different levels/types of acne. -A majority of the modalities that we already use in our customized treatments are amazing to treat acne. -We will incorporate thorough extractions into ANY facial, when need be -An ‘acne facial’ isn’t going to get rid of your acne. The biggest components of treating acne are being consistent with dietary changes, lifestyle and a great home care routine. These are things we will coach you on during your treatment.
We do not have a receptionist, so if you would like to purchase product in person, you need to email your regular service provider to arrange a product pick-up. If your card is on file, we are happy to place products in a bag and leave up front for you to pick up at your own convenience. All skinbetter science® products can be conveniently purchased online by going to www.skinbetter.com. Upon setting creating an account, it will require that you indicate your ‘physician partner’. Yes! If you are patiently waiting for your New Client treatment with Taylor but would like to get a head start on a great homecare routine, please email us and let us know.
Sort of! If you’re an established client, you may use the waitlist feature on Vagaro to be notified of openings on specific days/times. We highly suggest doing this! People who waitlist themselves on Vagaro often get notified of openings. If you have an OPEN availability and would like to be added to a more general waitlist, feel free to email your provider and let them know!
Please give us 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. We understand that life happens and we take pride in being reasonable with cancellations. If we have enough time to fill the opening, we will not charge a fee. Failure to cancel your appointment in a timely manner may result in 50% of service charge. In the event that you do not show up, we may charge 100% of service cost.
Taylor Paige does not work weekends, but Kaylee generally works on Saturdays & Ari works most Sundays.
No, we are by appointment only.
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but if you arrive late, your treatment will be cut short.

Tips are greatly appreciated but never expected! If you would like to tip your service provider, please let them know upon check out!
